Stainless Steel Sanitary Clamp is a TECTUL product for closing sanitary clamp-type unions between ferrules, gaskets, valves, tees, elbows or clean process equipment. This reference is different because it tightens the sanitary joint with a gasket and removable closure, unlike a support that only holds the pipe. The main material is stainless steel. This lot does not report a closed dimensional standard; therefore selection must be confirmed with actual size, material, application, environment and fastening method. To quote correctly, it is useful to provide nominal size or actual outside diameter, quantity, type of pipe or hose, working environment, anchoring surface and whether the installation requires disassembly, frequent cleaning, corrosion resistance or vibration control. We do not publish a single load capacity, pressure or torque because performance depends on the support, bolting, line material, temperature, vibration, anchorage and the project mounting criteria.

The price depends on size, material, quantity, availability and type of installation. At TECTUL we quote using the actual installation data to avoid incorrect references.
The sanitary clamp joins ferrules and a gasket to seal a joint; the colombina support holds the tubing and does not replace the clamp closure.
Center the ferrules, install the clean gasket and tighten the closure evenly without pinching the seal.
Send size, quantity, required material, a photo of the point if it is a replacement, type of pipe or hose, working environment and dispatch city.
It depends on the material and coating. For moisture, washdown or corrosion, stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized is usually preferred depending on the case.
Yes. TECTUL dispatches to Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla and other cities in Colombia depending on availability and carrier.

The dimensions, thicknesses, pressures, temperatures and other characteristics stated in this data sheet are theoretical nominal reference values, compiled from publicly available technical sources: international standards (ASME, ASTM, API, MSS, ISO and NTC, depending on the product) and published engineering literature. They are average approximations intended to guide selection, not a certificate of conformity for any given lot.
Actual values may vary due to conditions inherent to the manufacturing process — dimensional and wall-thickness tolerances (in pipe, typically ±12.5%), surface finish and residual stresses from forming or welding — and to factors inherent to the raw material — chemical composition variations within the ranges allowed by the standard, inclusions or heat-to-heat differences. They may also be affected by in-service events not foreseeable at design time: water hammer, vibration, thermal and mechanical fatigue, corrosion and operating overpressures, which can cause the element to fail before its estimated service life.
To know the certified behavior of a specific lot, TECTUL supplies upon request the manufacturer's mill test certificate (MTC) issued per the product standard; for critical applications, laboratory testing of the lot can also be arranged. In the absence of such certification, the data provided here must not be used as the sole criterion in critical or safety applications, or wherever the integrity of the line may compromise the lives of people or property; in such cases, consult our technical team first.
