The plastic nylon anchor is the most commonly used expansion plug for light fastenings with screws in walls, masonry and compatible surfaces. It is used for accessories, raceways, organizers, small supports, signs and finish elements that do not require a metal anchor. It differs from the nylon anchor with nail because it is installed with an independent screw, and from the metal anchor because its function is light and non-structural.
