The threaded stainless steel street elbow is a stainless steel threaded fitting for fluid handling where removable assembly and better corrosion behavior than unprotected ferrous fittings are required. It differs from its weldable version because it does not require a welding procedure and allows the line to be serviced with threading tools; in exchange, it requires suitable sealant and tightening control.
