The PP fusion 45 elbow is a fitting for executing 45 degree changes in direction in polypropylene piping systems by heat fusion. It provides a more gradual offset than a 90 degree elbow and helps organize routes in hydraulic networks, technical rooms, risers and branches. It differs from the white threaded PP 45 elbow because this one is joined by thermal fusion, generating a continuous connection with the pipe when the procedure is performed correctly. The lot includes sizes in millimeters and green and blue color variants, data that help identify the line used on site. Before buying, it is advisable to validate outside diameter, pipe color or series, die compatibility and service conditions of the complete system.

It is installed with a heat-fusion tool and the corresponding die, joining fitting and pipe aligned until cooling is complete.
