The threaded PP fusion cap combines use in polypropylene systems with a female threaded termination for closure or removable connection. It is useful when a PP/PPR network needs to leave a point closed, accessible or prepared for a compatible threaded fitting. It differs from the plain female PP fusion cap because this reference is oriented to thread, not to a fully heat-fused closure; that is why it is chosen when disassembly or threaded coupling is required. It also differs from the white threaded PP cap because it belongs to the polypropylene fusion line. Selection must validate size, thread type and compatibility between the fused side, the pipe and the fitting to be connected or closed.
