304 Stainless Steel Rectangular Ornamental Tube is an AISI 304 tubular profile with rectangular section for flat handrails, frames, partitions, railings, chassis, and light structures where a wide face must remain visible or serve as support. Unlike 304 stainless steel square tube, it offers two different dimensions that help orient stiffness, appearance, and contact surface. It also differs from round ornamental tube because it facilitates flat joints and straight designs. It does not correspond to schedule conveyance pipe or sanitary tube, so it must not be selected for internal pressure without redesigning the system. Selection must consider dimension, gauge, orientation of the larger face, corrosion exposure, fabrication method, and final finish. In applications with load, vibration, or public use, the designer must verify structure, anchors, and welds.
