Concentric cable is an anti-fraud service-entrance cable per NTC 4564 and UL 854: copper phases insulated in 90 °C XLPE at 600 V, surrounded by a concentric neutral of copper wires under a weather-resistant PVC jacket. The enveloping neutral makes illegal tapping difficult.
