304 stainless steel toothed washer is a TECTUL reference for improving surface grip in metric assemblies where a toothed washer helps resist light loosening. Its function should be read from the washer type: flat washers distribute load and protect the surface, split lock washers help retain tightening, toothed washers bite into the bearing face, and sealing washers work by deformation or compression. In this product the main material is 304 stainless steel and the technical family is metric toothed washer. It differs because it has contact teeth and 304 stainless material, different from a split lock washer. To quote without errors, report size, quantity, bolt or nut type, working environment, required finish and whether the purchase will be by unit or by kilo. We do not recommend substituting with a similar part if the drawing requires ASTM F436/F436M, 316 stainless steel, a specific gauge, hot-dip galvanized finish or a special reference.
